How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sitting or lying down, flex your ankle into plantar flexion (point your toes downward). Slowly perform an abduction movement (spread the foot outward), then an adduction movement (bring the foot inward) while maintaining plantar flexion. Control the movement carefully to mobilize the ankle without pain.

Tips: Keep the calf relaxed and avoid any discomfort. Perform the movement slowly to feel the mobilization clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the movement as mobility improves.
