How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Stand with one foot in a neutral position and a stable support. Perform a controlled pronation of the ankle by slightly shifting the body weight inward on the foot, while simultaneously rotating the trunk on the same side. Ensure the knee-foot alignment is maintained throughout the movement.

Tips: Keep the back straight and engage the foot muscles to stabilize the ankle. Perform the movement slowly to control mobility and avoid any pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of pronation and the amplitude of trunk rotation as the movement becomes easier and pain-free.
