How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or standing, place a resistance band around your foot, keeping the heel on the ground. Gently pull the band forward while advancing the knee over the foot or lifting the front of the foot towards the tibia to increase ankle dorsiflexion. Slowly return to the neutral position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the heel firmly on the ground to target dorsiflexion. Perform the movement slowly to avoid pain and maximize mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the tension of the band or the number of repetitions as mobility improves.
