How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Standing, assume a stable stance with the neutral foot. Slowly perform a controlled movement of the ankle by advancing the knee forward while maintaining knee-foot alignment, as if taking a step in a lunge position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and distribute your body weight evenly on the foot. Do not let the knee extend too far beyond the foot to avoid excessive tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of the movement or the duration of holding the final position as the exercise becomes easier.
