How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Stand facing a wall, with one leg advanced and bent, and the other leg extended backward with the heel on the ground. Gently lean towards the wall, increasing dorsiflexion of the back foot to stretch the calf triceps. Maintain the position pain-free for 30 seconds, then switch legs.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the heel firmly on the ground to maximize the stretch. Breathe calmly and avoid forcing if you experience pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold time up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
