How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand on a step, primarily supporting on the forefoot of the targeted foot, with the knee slightly bent. Jump or perform a small hop to land on the forefoot, ensuring good control of stability at each landing. Maintain proper alignment of the foot, ankle, knee, and pelvis without collapsing the arch.

Tips: Focus on a soft, controlled landing, keep your gaze fixed to aid balance. Do not let your knee collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the height of the step or the speed of the jump as stability improves.
