How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand with your heels on a brick or stable support, with ankles in neutral position. Slowly rise onto the tips of your toes, lifting your heels while keeping your knees flexed if you started in that position. Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.

Tips: Control the movement during both ascent and descent to strengthen the calf muscles. Keep your back straight and avoid leaning forward.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the height of the brick as the movement becomes easier.
