How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Jump from a small height to land on an inclined surface while maintaining dorsiflexion of the foot, meaning pulling the toes toward the tibia. Control the landing by flexing the ankle to absorb the impact without losing balance.

Tips: Keep the knee slightly bent upon landing and focus on a soft contact with the ground. Ensure the foot remains in dorsiflexion throughout the landing.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the number of repetitions as you master motor control.
