How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand in an athletic position with knees slightly bent and weight on the front of the feet. Jump and then perform a rebound or reception by absorbing the impact through controlled flexion of the hips, knees, and ankles, while holding a kettlebell to create destabilization. Ensure knees are aligned with the feet, the torso remains stable, and the pelvis is controlled upon landing.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, lightly contract your core to stabilize, and control the descent to avoid abrupt shocks. Do not let the knees collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the kettlebell weight or the number of repetitions as you master the movement.
