How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Stand with an Airex cushion placed under the heel of the targeted foot. Maintain balance while forming a Y-shaped movement with the body, keeping the knee slightly bent and the foot well aligned. Focus on motor control by avoiding collapse of the arch.

Tips: Keep your gaze fixed ahead to aid balance, engage the muscles around the ankle and foot, and breathe calmly. If you lose balance, gently return to the starting position.

Progression: Increase duration to 45 seconds per leg or add a slight movement of the head or arms to make the exercise more challenging.
