How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Tempo: 2-0-2

Description: Standing with feet hip-width apart, keep the torso upright and knees slightly bent. Lean forward by hinging at the hips, maintaining a neutral back, then lift the load or your arms overhead as you return to a standing position. Control the movement when lowering and raising without abrupt stops.

Tips: Always keep the back straight to protect the lumbar spine, engage the gluteal and leg muscles for the lift, and avoid arching the lower back. Breathe deeply and maintain good posture throughout the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the load or the number of repetitions as you master the technique and the exercise becomes less challenging.
