How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Standing, maintain your spine in a neutral position and your pelvis stable. Activate your abdominal muscles to control the trunk while performing a smooth movement of flexing the legs toward the ground, then return to standing without losing pelvic stability. Ensure the core remains well engaged throughout the exercise to prevent compensation.

Tips: Focus on breathing and maintaining proper alignment. Do not allow your back to round or your pelvis to tilt during the movement.

Progression: Once you master control, gradually increase the speed of execution while maintaining trunk stability.
