How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand upright with a straight back and stable pelvis, holding a slam ball in front of you. Engage your abdominal muscles, then forcefully throw the ball to the ground by slightly bending your knees and mobilizing the lumbar region, then return to the starting position while maintaining control of your trunk and pelvis.

Tips: Keep the spine neutral throughout the movement, contract the abdominals to protect the back, and avoid any rotation or compensation of the pelvis.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the slam ball or the number of repetitions as you master the movement.
