Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 circles in each direction

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with the spine in a neutral position and the pelvis stable. Activate the abdominal muscles to control the movement and slowly perform circles with the pelvis, mobilizing the lumbar region without moving the trunk. Maintain good control of the pelvis and trunk throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep the back straight and avoid compensations with the shoulders or upper body. Breathe calmly and focus on lumbar mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of circles or the speed of movement as you master the exercise.
