Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with the pelvis stable and the thorax in a neutral position. Slowly rotate the thorax to one side following the hand or shoulder that opens, without moving the pelvis. Maintain the final position with maximum thoracic opening before returning to the center.

Tips: Keep the pelvis very still to isolate thoracic rotation. Perform the movement slowly to feel the stretch clearly and avoid compensations.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position longer as the movement becomes easier.
