How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Stand on a bosu with the spine in a neutral position and the pelvis stable. Activate your abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk, then slowly lift one shoulder forward without moving the pelvis. Maintain postural control throughout the movement without compensation.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead to aid balance, breathe calmly, and avoid leaning or arching the back. Focus on the stability of the pelvis and trunk.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or the duration of shoulder elevation as the exercise becomes easier.
