How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: In standing or sitting position, place a weighted elastic band around your waist. Maintain your lumbar spine in a neutral position and keep your pelvis stable. Perform a controlled movement by activating your abdominal muscles to resist the traction of the elastic, ensuring no compensation with other parts of the body.

Tips: Keep the core engaged and avoid any rotation or tilting of the pelvis. Control each movement slowly to strengthen lumbar stability.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic or the number of repetitions as control improves.
