How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit upright with feet flat on the ground and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your torso to the right while keeping your back well aligned, then return to the center before turning to the left. Perform this movement in a controlled manner without forcing the rotation to avoid any pain.

Tips: Keep shoulders low and relaxed, breathe calmly during the exercise. Never force the rotation beyond your comfort and keep the pelvis immobile.

Progression: When the movement becomes easy, slightly increase the range of rotation without pain.
