How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds on each side

Description: Sit upright with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Slowly rotate your thorax to one side, following the hand or shoulder with your gaze, without moving the pelvis. Hold the stretch position for 20 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid forcing the rotation to prevent pain. Breathe deeply to promote muscle relaxation.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 30 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
