How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit upright with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your thorax to the right, following the movement with your gaze along your shoulder or hand that opens, then return to the center. Repeat the movement to the left without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid moving the pelvis to target thoracic mobility. Perform the movement slowly and control the rotation.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position for a few seconds to deepen mobility.
