Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 on each side

Description: Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and pelvis stable. Slowly tilt your torso to the side, sliding your hand along your thigh, without leaning the trunk forward or backward. Return to the neutral position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep shoulders down and avoid rotating the trunk during the tilt. Breathe calmly and control the movement to avoid forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions up to 15 per side or add a slight weight held in the hand on the side of the tilt when the exercise becomes easy.
