How to do the exercise

Description: Stand with your back to a chair or bench, hands placed on it, knees bent, feet on the ground. Slowly lower yourself by bending the elbows until your arms form approximately a 90-degree angle, then rise back up while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down to avoid unnecessary tension. Control the descent well to protect your joints.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a 2-second pause at the bottom of the movement when comfortable.
