How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Attach a resistance band at waist height and hold it with your arm extended in front of you, elbow fully straight. Slowly bring your hand towards your shoulder by bending the elbow, controlling the resistance of the band to target the triceps during the eccentric phase. Then return to the initial position with the arm extended in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid moving the shoulder during the movement. Control the return speed to maximize muscle engagement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
