How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Attach a resistance band to a stable point and hold it with the hand in supination position (palm facing up). Slowly control the rotation of the forearm by bringing the palm downward against the resistance of the band, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the elbow close to the body and perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the supinator muscles. Do not let the band cause you to lose control of the movement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
