How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Hold the resistance band with your arm extended overhead, elbow straight. Slowly bend the elbow while controlling the resistance of the band, then return to the initial extended position. Keep the movement smooth and controlled to effectively strengthen the triceps.

Tips: Ensure the elbow stays close to the head without drifting away. Control the descent to maximize eccentric work. Breathe calmly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
