How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand or sit with your arm along your body, elbow bent at 90 degrees, with an elastic band anchored under your foot or a stable support. Slowly extend your elbow by straightening the forearm backward or downward, without moving the shoulder, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the arm close to the body and control the movement to avoid jerks. Breathe regularly and do not lock the joint at the end of the movement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
