How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand upright, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms along the sides of the body, elbows slightly flexed. Slowly bend the elbows to bring the hands closer to the shoulders, then gently lower back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the elbows close to the body and avoid swinging the torso to focus the effort on the arm muscles. Control the movement carefully following the tempo to maximize effectiveness.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbells or add an extra repetition when the exercise becomes too easy.
