How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 20 steps per set

Description: Stand upright with your back straight and your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Walk slowly, gripping a small object firmly with your thumb and index finger or simulating this grip to strengthen hand and wrist muscles. Focus on controlled and stable movements with each step.

Tips: Maintain an upright posture and avoid leaning forward. Squeeze the thumb and index finger tightly with each step to maximize strengthening. Walk slowly to ensure proper control of the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of steps per set or add slight resistance with a heavier object as the grip becomes easier.
