How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place your forearm on a stable surface, with your hand in a neutral position. Using the other hand, apply gentle resistance while slowly lowering the wrist into extension in a controlled manner until maximum range without moving the elbow or shoulder. Gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile and focus on slow, controlled movement to effectively engage the wrist extensor muscles. Avoid compensating with the shoulder or elbow.

Progression: Gradually increase manual resistance or repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
