How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, forearm stable and resting, position the hand in a neutral position. Activate the electro-stimulation to assist in gently extending the fingers and wrist while controlling the movement to the maximum range without moving the elbow or shoulder. Use the opposite hand for slight resistance or as a reference, then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile and focus on slow, controlled movement. Do not force and avoid compensating with the arm or shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase manual resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
