How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a table with the wrist freely extending beyond the edge. Hold a resistance band with your hand in a slight wrist flexion position, then slowly extend the wrist against the resistance of the band. Lower slowly, controlling the movement back to flexion.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the wrist. Perform the return slowly to effectively strengthen the extensor muscles.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
