How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Sit on a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Place one hand on the outside of the knee on the side to be worked and perform a trunk rotation towards that side while gently pressing the knee inward to activate the adductor muscles. Keep the pelvis stable and slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to feel the contraction of the adductors.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance with an elastic band around the knees when the exercise becomes easy.
