Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Get into a quadruped position with a ball under one leg. Perform a circular movement of the hip while keeping the pelvis stable, controlling the range of motion without arching the lower back.

Tips: Keep the core engaged to avoid lumbar compensation. Perform the movement slowly to feel the hip mobilization clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the size of the circles as the exercise becomes easier.
