Listen to the instructions
How to do the exercise
Sets: 3
Repetitions: 10 per leg
Description: Attach a resistance band to a fixed point behind you and place the other end around your ankle. While standing, slowly bring your leg forward by flexing your hip against the resistance of the band, then gently return to the starting position.
Tips: Keep your back straight and your core stable throughout the movement. Control both the upward and downward phases to maximize muscle work and avoid jerky movements.
Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
