How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per leg

Description: Attach a resistance band around your ankle and to a fixed point behind you. Keep your pelvis stable and your back straight. Extend your leg backward by extending your hip, without arching your lower back. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Engage your glutes during the extension and avoid leaning your torso forward. Keep your pelvis stable to effectively train your hip.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
