Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Attach a resistance band around your ankle and to a low anchor point. In a standing position, keep your pelvis stable and your hip in a neutral position, then slowly lift your leg forward by flexing the hip to the maximum range without arching the lower back. Gently lower the leg while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your trunk upright and avoid lumbar compensation. Contract the hip muscles for a smooth and controlled movement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
