How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand upright with a stable pelvis and aligned lower limb. Lift one leg to step over an imaginary obstacle, controlling hip flexion, extension, abduction, or adduction, then gently place the foot back on the ground. Ensure the pelvis remains stable and the knee well aligned throughout the movement.

Tips: Keep the trunk upright and avoid tilting the pelvis. Control the movement slowly to improve hip mobility.

Progression: Increase the obstacle height or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
