How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Lie on your stomach with legs extended. Slowly lift one leg backward while keeping the knee straight until you feel a slight tension in the hip, then gently lower it.

Tips: Keep your back flat against the floor to avoid excessive arching. Control the movement to prevent going too fast and to maximize mobilization.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the leg in extension for a few seconds at the top of the movement when it becomes easier.
