How to do the exercise

Duration: 2 minutes per side

Description: Sit with your head upright and your jaw relaxed. Place your fingers on the masseter muscle, inside and outside of the cheek, then apply slow and gradual pressure while making small circular movements. You can slowly open and close your mouth to mobilize the muscle under your fingers, then finish by maintaining pressure on the sensitive area for a few seconds until you feel a release.

Tips: Ensure not to apply too much pressure to avoid excessive pain. Keep your head stable and avoid moving it during the massage.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of the massage up to 3 minutes per side if comfortable.
