How to do the exercise

Sets: 2

Duration: 1 to 2 minutes per side

Description: Sit with your head upright and your jaw relaxed. Place your fingers on the specific area of the medial pterygoid muscle, apply slow and gradual pressure, then perform small circular movements or light glides without excessively moving the head. You can slowly open and close your mouth to mobilize the muscle under your fingers, then hold the pressure for a few seconds until you feel a release.

Tips: Be gentle and progressive with the pressure to avoid excessive pain. Breathe calmly and relax the jaw during the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the massage duration up to 2 minutes per side according to your comfort.
