How to do the exercise

Duration: 2 minutes

Description: Sit upright with your head straight and your jaw relaxed. Place your fingers on the masseter muscle, apply slow and progressive pressure, then perform small circular movements or gentle glides without moving the head. You can slowly open and close your mouth to mobilize the muscle under your fingers, then hold the pressure for a few seconds until you feel a release.

Tips: Breathe calmly and avoid forcing the pressure. Be attentive to the sensation of relaxation in the jaw.

Progression: Gradually increase the massage duration up to 5 minutes if comfortable.
