How to do the exercise

Sets: 2

Duration: 1 minute per side

Description: Sitting upright with the head straight and the jaw relaxed, place your fingers on the masseter muscle. Apply slow, progressive pressure on the tension points, then perform small circular movements or light glides without moving the head. Slowly alternate between opening and closing the mouth to mobilize the muscle under the fingers, then hold the pressure for a few seconds while feeling the relaxation.

Tips: Ensure not to force the jaw and keep breathing calm. Be gentle and progressive with the pressure to avoid any pain.

Progression: Slightly increase the pressure or the duration of the massage when you feel less tension.
