How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand on a bosu ball balancing on one leg, with the knee aligned with the foot and the pelvis stable. Use a ball to receive visual or tactile feedback to control the knee position during flexion, extension, weight bearing, or load transfer movements. Ensure the alignment between the hip, knee, and ankle is maintained throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep the trunk engaged to stabilize the pelvis, look at the ball to improve concentration, and avoid letting the knee move inward or outward. Breathe calmly and control each movement.

Progression: Increase difficulty by reducing balance hold time or performing movements more slowly and with greater control.
