Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift the pelvis by contracting the glutes to form a straight line from shoulders to knees, then slowly slide one foot backward, extending the leg while controlling the movement with the hamstrings. Return to the initial position without losing pelvic stability.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid it sagging or lifting excessively. Control each movement to effectively engage the hamstrings.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the plank position longer as the exercise becomes easier.
