How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 6

Description: Stand on a stable platform, then jump to the ground while controlling the landing by slowly bending the knees to absorb the impact. Hold the squat position briefly before gently returning to standing.

Tips: Keep your back straight and knees aligned with your feet to avoid twisting. Focus on a smooth, controlled landing to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

Progression: Gradually increase the height of the platform or the number of repetitions as the landing becomes easier and more stable.
