How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the ground, and place a ball between your knees. Slowly lift your pelvis by contracting your glutes while maintaining the ball squeezed between your knees, then gently lower without touching the ground.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid excessive arching of the spine. Engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize the pelvis and maintain pressure on the ball to activate the adductor muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the elevated position for a few seconds before lowering as the exercise becomes easier.
