How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Place one foot forward and slowly bend the front knee while moving the body forward, gradually increasing the range of flexion with each repetition. Then return to the starting position in a controlled manner. Alternate legs with each set.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the front knee aligned with the foot to avoid excessive tension. Control the movement well to effectively strengthen the knee.

Progression: Increase the range of flexion or add a slight load as the exercise becomes easier.
