How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg with the knee aligned with the foot and the pelvis stable. Slowly lean forward to pick up an object placed on the ground, bending the knee and maintaining good balance without the knee collapsing inward. Return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and look forward to maintain balance. Slightly contract the muscles around the knee to stabilize the joint.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase the number of repetitions or perform the movement more slowly to improve control.
