How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Stabilization duration: 3 seconds upon landing

Description: Stand on one leg on the bosu, jump forward or to the side, then land softly on the same leg while maintaining balance for 3 seconds. Keep the torso upright and knees slightly bent to absorb impact.

Tips: Focus on a controlled and stable landing, look straight ahead to aid balance. Do not let the knee collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the height or distance of the jump, or reduce the stabilization time to make the exercise more challenging.
