How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 rotations per leg

Description: Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent, and slowly perform a controlled rotation of the trunk towards the supporting leg. Return to the neutral position without losing balance. Alternate legs after each set.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead to better stabilize your balance. Slightly contract your abdominal muscles to support the trunk rotation. Do not let the supporting knee collapse inward.

Progression: Increase the number of rotations per set or hold the single-leg position longer before returning to the starting position.
